Terms & Conditions

• Entry is allowed only with a valid registration confirmation and invoice verification.
• Please carry a government-issued ID proof for verification at the entry desk.
• Entry will not be permitted 15 minutes after the respective session begins.
• Event passes and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please refer to our Refund Policy.
• Hackathon and Startup Pitching participants must report at their allotted slot as per the schedule shared post-registration.
• Photography and videography will be conducted during the summit for promotional and media coverage.
• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, speakers, or venue if required.
• Food and refreshments will be served only in designated areas for registered delegates.

Special Note

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your session or event slot begins.
• Bring a government ID and your registration confirmation for verification.
• Entry will be verified using your registration invoice - no physical tickets will be issued.
• Smart casual or formal attire is recommended, keeping in line with the professional nature of the summit.
• Carry your own Laptops and chargers are recommended for Hackathon participants.
• Carry your own water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.
• Kindly follow event guidelines and cooperate with the organizing and volunteer team.
